Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $1205-$1377 per week, depending on the number of miles driven and stops made. Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional truck driver to join our team at Ryder System in Bowling Green, KY. As a solo Class A CDL truck driver, you will be responsible for delivering goods to various locations within the region, working independently and managing your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
  • Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards
  • Maintaining accurate records and logs

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 21 years of age, pass a Ryder drug test, pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check, pass a DOT physical, and provide a valid CDL with endorsements. Additionally, you must have verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle within the last 3-10 years, depending on the specific requirements.

Working Conditions:

This is a local home daily position, which means you will be based out of our facility in Bowling Green, KY and will not be required to travel extensively. You will work a regular Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility to accommodate AM and PM shifts.
