Job Description

Critical Care Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Respiratory Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory care and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide critical care respiratory therapy services to assigned patients, utilizing advanced knowledge of respiratory equipment and procedures.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
  • Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.

Requirements

Education and Qualifications

Minimum Education:

  • Associate's degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy or related field.

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.

Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience in critical care respiratory therapy.
  • Current RCP license in California.
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist certification by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
