Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Senior Outpatient Therapist Specialist to join our team at Community Medical Center in Missoula, Montana. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Physical Therapist to work with our dedicated healthcare professionals in providing exceptional patient care.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and treating patients in our Outpatient Therapies department. This will involve conducting thorough assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program;
- Licensed as a physical therapist in the State of Montana;
- Good organizational skills;
- Comfortable with public speaking;
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills;
- Basic computer skills;
- Must obtain BLS for Healthcare Provider within 3 months of hire;
Preferred Qualifications
- Prefer one year of experience in a hospital setting;
- Prefer highly specialized pelvic floor management experience;

Salary
The estimated salary for this position is around $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment, and continuing education benefits.
