Occupational Therapy Assistant

As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the corporate mission, vision, and values of our organization. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive, cost-effective, therapeutic activities to mental health patients, while also ensuring courteous, accurate, and timely service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Administer Occupational Therapy programs as planned and directed by the Occupational Therapist, documenting patient treatment and progress according to Medical Record policies and procedures. Assist in scheduling and selected activities in the Occupational Therapy department, communicate and collaborate with other team members and patient/families, direct techs/students as they assist with patients/families, and perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
An Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from a college or technical school is required. Current Ohio license as COTA by OT, AT, PT License Board Certification is also required. Previous experience as a COTA is preferred.
