Your role will emphasize patient education, promoting independence, and ensuring a smooth recovery process. You will typically work varied hours, allowing for a balance of clinical care and patient interaction. No in-hospital duties.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality medical care to patients in their homes
Conduct wound care and post-operative follow-ups
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Educate patients and their families on disease management and self-care
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

Nursing degree from an accredited school
Oklahoma RN licensure
Valid driver's license
CPR certification
At least one year of Home Health/Hospice experience as a RN
