About the Role:

Cone Health is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician II Certified Retail Specialty to join our team. This specialized role plays a vital part in assisting pharmacists in providing safe, efficient, and cost-effective services.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage pharmacy workflow by receiving, transcribing orders, answering phones, and selling prescriptions
  • Maintain inventory levels and assist with billing processes
  • Act as a reference for other technicians and help mentor employees through training and orientation
  • Implement process improvements and quality initiatives
  • Promote exceptional customer service to every patient

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of experience in pharmacy setting
  • Pharmacy Technician certification (PTCB or NHA) and registration with the NC Board of Pharmacy within 30 days of hire

Salary Information:

We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000-$50,000 per year, based on experience.
