As a Sales Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in executing our sales strategy and driving business growth across department stores, independent boutiques, digital retail, and specialty retailer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) including target revenue, margin, range expansion, new account setup, strategic planning, and partnership.
  • Expand BCBGeneration & Max Azria brand footprint across existing and new wholesale customer base to drive significant growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal partners - design team, shipping team, production team.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands our customer base, revenue, margin, and key brand marketing assets.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Lead effective presentations and assortment recommendations to clients.
  • Achieve financial targets and monitor business for areas of improvement.

We offer an estimated annual salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 for this position. The ideal candidate should have high proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint, excellent trend awareness, and understanding of product and consumer expectations across all channels with emphasis on the Footwear Industry.

The successful candidate will also possess proven ability to operate successfully in an entrepreneurial environment, ability to communicate and influence effectively across the organization, creative problem-solving skills, strength in presenting to large audiences, storytelling, features, and benefits, brand positioning, strong knowledge of retail math and planning, and strong organizational and follow-up skills.
