Salary Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Vehicle Maintenance Technician to join our team at one of our mountain resorts. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the repair and maintenance of our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are safe and ready for operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate vehicle maintenance activities
  • Perform complex repairs and maintenance on various types of vehicles
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and computer systems problems on modern vehicles
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles
  • Train and mentor junior technicians

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in vehicle maintenance, specifically with snowcats and other heavy equipment
  • High school degree or equivalent required; mechanical aptitude preferred
  • Able to lift 50 pounds regularly; must have a valid driver's license and clean DMV record
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions and flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
