Job Summary:

Awe Inspired is seeking a highly skilled Brand Stylist to elevate the visual representation of our jewelry across all touchpoints. This contracted position requires flexibility, with a workload ranging from 5 to 20 hours per week, depending on project demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Creative and Merchandising teams to develop and execute styling strategies that enhance the presentation of our jewelry and merchandise across all visual platforms.
  • Oversee styling for monthly photoshoots and video content, including full responsibility for jewelry and wardrobe looks.
  • Manage the styling budget for wardrobe purchases and rentals, ensuring efficient cost management.
  • Partner with the Head of Merchandising to design curated jewelry sets for bundled sales on the website.
  • Contribute to the design and layout of marketing collateral, ensuring all visuals align with the brand's identity and aesthetic standards.
  • Evaluate visual merchandising and offer feedback and suggestions to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with the wholesale team to conceptualize and design in-store displays and point-of-sale fixtures.
  • Re-merchandise product displays at our showroom on a monthly basis to reflect new collections and seasonal focuses.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience working as a stylist, visual merchandiser, or designer with a focus on jewelry or accessories.
  • A portfolio that showcases experience styling accessories and jewelry, reflecting creativity and attention to detail.
  • 2+ years of experience managing styling on photo or video sets, including working with photographers, makeup artists, hair stylists, and models.
  • Ability to identify and forecast current and emerging fashion and styling trends.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with an adaptable mindset.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, adhere to timelines, and maintain an organized approach to styling and merchandising.
  • A keen understanding of our brand's ethos and values, with the ability to interpret and incorporate fashion trends through the lens of our identity.
