- Exemplary in exhibiting a high degree of professionalism with regards to interactions with patients, coworkers, and other providers
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phone calls and taking messages
- Taking patient payments
- Scheduling patients
- Entering in relevant patient information into the electronic medical record
- Abiding by confidentiality laws
- Working with insurance companies in order to obtain patients' benefits
