We're a dynamic and growing fitness studio looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team
Job Title: Sales AssociateJob Summary:We're seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Orangetheory - Franchise #0342. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting clients, presenting our concept, and selling memberships to help our studio thrive.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet clients with enthusiasm and energy
- Presentation of our concept to interested consumers
- Working at our front desk, answering phones, and talking to members
- Studio tours and guiding first-time clients through their first Orangetheory workout
- Selling memberships and following up on prospective clients
- Handling member concerns in a professional and objective manner
- Participating in marketing and outreach events
- Maintaining a clean and organized studio environment
- Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, with opportunities for up to 40 hours per week
- Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, and/or weekend shifts
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for fitness
- Up to $14/hr base hourly rate, plus commissions and bonuses
- Target commission equivalent to approximately $2 - $5 per hour depending on performance
- Free premier membership to our studio ($169/mo value)
- Free heart rate monitor for our classes (a $109 value)
- Up to one week of Paid Time Off in the first year, with opportunities to earn more PTO with experience
