Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate airport passenger service functions to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  • 6-12 months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and days off.

  • Fluent English language skills, with ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to work independently.
