Fitness Enthusiast and Client Services Representative

We are seeking a passionate and positive individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at Orangetheory Fitness. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about fitness and enjoys interacting with people.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for greeting members, presenting the OTF concept, working at the front desk, giving studio tours, and selling memberships. They will also work closely with trainers to guide new members through their first workout and handle member concerns in a professional manner.
This role requires excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and on paper. The ideal candidate will be energetic, knowledgeable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet members and present the Orangetheory Fitness concept
- Work at the front desk, answering phones and handling member inquiries
- Give studio tours and introduce new members to the facility
- Sell memberships and promote the benefits of Orangetheory Fitness
- Collaborate with trainers to ensure a smooth transition for new members
- Handle member concerns and resolve issues in a professional and objective manner
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiasm for fitness and a passion for helping others
