Job Summary:
As a CT Technologist at Adventist Health, you will operate computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue. These images are used to diagnose medical conditions and inform treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients
- Perform a variety of imaging procedures, including general radiography and fluoroscopy
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients
- Produce sagittal and coronal reformatted images for radiologist interpretation
- Maintain accurate records, files, and billing information
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT))
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- ARRT-Radiography (ARRT-R) or ARRT-Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT) certification
