Job Title: Photography Manager

Job Summary:

Nationwide Studios, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Photography Manager to oversee a team of photographers and handle the finances of a given territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in photography, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and schedule photographers and photographer assistants for photoshoots at schools
* Ensure all schedules, including sports, are properly entered in our customer relationship management software (CRM)
* Upload images for yearbooks through various publishing sites
* Coordinate and execute training plans for photographers and photographer assistants
* Inventory control of all existing photography equipment and order new equipment when needed
* Manage labor costs, approve hours, and customer expenses
* Recruit, interview, and recommend photographers and photographer assistants for positions within the territory
* Manage photographers, empowering them to use progressive discipline, including firing when needed
* Create accountability and communication plans for territory personnel using Microsoft Office 365 group chat software called Teams
* Visit photoshoots and photograph as needed
* Provide the highest level of customer service

Requirements:

* Basic photography knowledge
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Proficient typing skills
* Above-average organizational and time management skills
* Reliable transportation, auto insurance, and a valid driver's license
* Reliable internet and ability to use Teams on a mobile device
* Ability to build solid relationships with customers
* Strong and engaging phone voice with clear presentation skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
