Strategic Technology Advisor

The Principal Operational Strategy Advisor at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital plays a pivotal role in enhancing decision-making and operational efficiency through data analysis and strategic insights.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Design and conduct studies that require advanced empirical methods or mixed quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to IT strategy.
- Strategic Planning and Resource Allocation: Leverage data-driven insights to guide strategic planning, resource allocation, and risk assessment to optimize processes, enhance service delivery, and improve the overall customer experience.
- Predictive Modeling and Performance Measurement: Develop and implement predictive models to forecast future trends, anticipate challenges, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within Information Services.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree: In computer science, engineering, business (economics or finance preferred), or related field.
- 8+ Years of Experience: Progressive experience in a client-facing environment interacting with senior and executive leadership at the department and organization level.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Proven ability to apply quantitative reasoning skills to approach complex problems systematically, breaking them down into manageable components, and applying logical reasoning to find solutions.
