Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at SSM Health St. Mary's Care Center.

About the Role

This position involves providing essential patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, ensuring the well-being of patients and contributing to their assessment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and observe patients for adverse reactions, performing laboratory tests and therapeutic services as required.
  • Educate patients and families about disease treatment plans, including self-care post-discharge, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care.
  • Work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner, prioritizing patient safety and comfort.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing.
  • No prior experience is required, but a strong commitment to patient care and excellent communication skills are essential.
