Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are seeking a Quality and Microbial Control Specialist to spearhead microbiological sampling, analysis, and reporting to ensure top-notch product quality. As a key member of our team, you will actively participate in daily shift huddles, embracing a culture of excellence, safety, and quality.

  • Adhere to safe work practices, follow GMP's, maintain sanitary conditions, and ensure product quality is maintained.
  • Attend and actively participate in daily shift huddles and handoffs.
  • Manage time incubation and timely testing of in-process and finished product microbiological samples.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to perform basic microbial morphology testing.
  • Experience working in a laboratory environment.
  • Maintain a positive attitude towards colleagues at work.
