A Career Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Project Manager to lead large HVAC Controls construction projects On Site in the Castleton, IN area. This role requires a minimum of eight years of direct project management experience in the Building Construction Industry.

The Role

This position will be responsible for the profitable execution of assigned Projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, including developing project schedules and executing according to plan, managing costs, billings and collections, and resolving disputes with minimal need for escalation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary on-site leader for execution teams on assigned projects.
  • Develop project schedules and execute according to plan for assigned projects.
  • Manage costs, billings and collections.
  • Resolve disputes with minimal need for escalation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture or an associate's degree with equivalent work-related experience.
  • Minimum of eight years of direct project management experience in the Building Construction Industry.
  • Management experience with projects related to Mechanical Retrofits, HVAC controls, BAS management, Fire management, and Security management systems is desired.
