Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Coordinating, scheduling, and performing administrative activities for the company.
  • Scheduling: Scheduling all field inspections and conference calls.
  • Communication: Interacting effectively with individuals from all backgrounds, possessing excellent telephone skills and office etiquette.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma necessary, some college preferred.
  • Skills: Computer proficiency, Microsoft Office Suite, strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred.
  • Languages: Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred, but not necessary.
