Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Coordinating, scheduling, and performing administrative activities for the company.
- Scheduling: Scheduling all field inspections and conference calls.
- Communication: Interacting effectively with individuals from all backgrounds, possessing excellent telephone skills and office etiquette.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma necessary, some college preferred.
- Skills: Computer proficiency, Microsoft Office Suite, strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred.
- Languages: Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred, but not necessary.
