We are seeking a highly skilled Property Care Associate to join our team at Horning Management Company, LLC. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for conducting preventive maintenance programs, repairing and completing all service requests, and maintaining the exterior of all buildings.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in general maintenance or other maintenance responsibilities, including recognizing electrical, plumbing, and mechanical malfunctions or equipment failures. HVAC certification is preferred, and knowledge of Yardi and Nexus is a plus. The selected candidate must be able to lift 25-50lbs and possess excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships with residents.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure building systems are functioning properly.
  • Repair and complete all service requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the exterior of all buildings, including security lighting systems, water lines, and other structures.
  • Assist in the installation and repair of appliances, fixtures, and equipment.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 3 years of experience in general maintenance or other maintenance responsibilities.
  • HVAC certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of Yardi and Nexus is a plus.
  • Ability to lift 25-50lbs.

Compensation
