Job Title: Financial Analyst - Plant Operations

As a Financial Analyst - Plant Operations, you will play a key role in driving financial performance and decision-making across the plant. This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leader in their industry and contribute to the success of a well-known organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee month-end close processes, including variance analysis, accruals, and reclassification journal entries.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of production data and prepare weekly management reports detailing labor performance, material usage, and cycle count adjustments.
  • Contribute to the annual budgeting process for the plant.
  • Form relationships across various departments within the plant to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Analyze manufacturing processes from a financial perspective to reduce costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookups.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
