Cultivation Specialist

Curaleaf is seeking a highly skilled Cultivation Associate to join our team. As a key member of our cultivation team, you will be responsible for executing production plans, ensuring the quality and quantity of all products, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

• Work with the Cultivation Manager to plan and execute growing activities in accordance with production schedules
• Prepare growing spaces for planned production, including cloning, watering, and feeding
• Monitor growing conditions, including humidity, moisture, and temperature, and ensure conformance with quality control standards
• Inspect crops for conditions such as leaf texture, bloom size, and the presence of pests or disease, and remove substandard or diseased plants to maintain quality standards
• Perform plant monitoring and care during the vegetative and flowering phases, including trimming and staking, big leafing and pruning, and pest and disease control
• Harvest and cure cannabis products, including cutting, trimming, and weighing
• Operate and maintain cultivation systems and equipment, including lighting, irrigation, and climate control
• Ensure daily compliance with policies and procedures, including state compliance, security protocols, and access protocols

• High School diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
• Knowledge of growing technologies, including lights, irrigation, soil, and nutrients
• Knowledge of different strains and their unique growing demands
• Ability to execute techniques consistently and maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Good documentation, inventory, and organization skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
