Nursing Care Specialist in Long-Term Care

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team at Generations LLC. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents.
About the RoleThis part-time Certified Nurse Assistant position involves working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and support to residents. If you are passionate about delivering compassionate and person-centered care, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities- Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents.
- Implement delegated activities of the nursing plan, including assistance with personal care and activities of daily living.
- Document resident interactions, observations, and care provided.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.
- Certified Nurse Assistant certification (CNA)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
