Operating Room Supervisor Job Description

Baptist Health System - San Antonio TX is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of Operating Room Supervisor in our esteemed healthcare facility.

About the Position

This leadership role is part of the departmental leadership team, providing clinical supervision on a shift basis. Responsibilities include coordinating patient care, functioning as a unit patient flow coordinator, and facilitating admissions, discharges, and transfers.

Key Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Possession of current Texas State License for Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 1 year experience in an equivalent unit
  • National Specialty Certification preferred
Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is estimated based on industry standards and the location of San Antonio, TX. A sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 may be available, subject to negotiation.
