We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Systems Analyst to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. As a key member of our Payroll Team, you will play a critical role in driving enhancements and process improvements across multiple countries.

About the Role:

  • Lead ongoing system requirements management, regression testing, and business process changes
  • Support projects related to Workday, Salesforce, ADP GlobalView, and other systems impacting payroll processing
  • Analyze data, drive process improvements, and analyze system configurations
  • Partner with HR Technology and HR Product Management Teams to request changes and regression test system configurations

Responsibilities:

  1. Test and release lead for Workday releases impacting payroll, absence, and time tracking
  2. Proactively recommend process improvements to rethink existing configurations and find creative solutions to unique problems
  3. Analyze incident data to identify impacts and make recommendations on resolution and root cause analysis
  4. Create and/or validate processes associated with organizational needs
  5. Build and/or maintain tools outside of systems such as Microsoft Excel Macros and Google Workspace Apps Script

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in information technology or 1 year of experience in data analytics
  • Preferred qualifications include experience with Workday and/or Salesforce configuration or system administration, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace
