**Job Description:**

As an HR Operations Audit Specialist at NBCUniversal, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of our employee data. You'll work closely with our HR Operations team to monitor employment compliance practices, conduct eligibility determinations for various employee programs, and provide ad-hoc reporting.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Auditing:
    • Conduct thorough audits of our HR system (SAP) to ensure data alignment with HR Operations standards.
    • Collaborate with HR business partners and Employee Data Processing teams to address data anomalies.
    • Develop new audits and identify data integrity defects using your knowledge of HR system datasets and reporting.
    • Conduct wage compliance analysis, including minimum wage updates, in accordance with government laws and partner with Compensation teams as needed.
    • Assist with employment compliance and employee program audits, such as work authorization and CCPA checks.
    • Support internal and external auditors with data requests.
  • Production Support:
    • Help troubleshoot employee provisioning issues by identifying root causes and collaborating with IT teams.
    • Translate technical SAP attributes and downstream dataflows between HR Operations and IT teams.
    • Provide guidance on running ad-hoc reports, including transactional analytics and timekeeping reporting.
  • Projects/Process Improvements:
    • Create dashboards to visualize HR process volume and trend analysis for leadership presentations.
    • Identify opportunities for audit enhancements and automation, and develop action plans.
    • Participate in HRIS-related projects, such as system testing support and documentation development.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Technology, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 1+ year experience with data handling, querying, reporting, validation, and visualization using Excel and other reporting applications.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis using functions, lookups, pivot tables, calculations, and complex formulas.
  • 2+ years of HRIS-related experience.

**Benefits:**

  • Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $80,000.
  • Hybrid work arrangement, contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
