Our company, JAG Physical Therapy, is seeking a highly skilled Athletic Trainer to join our team. This full-time position in Ewing, NJ offers a competitive salary of $**65,000 - 75,000 per year**, including a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 and relocation reimbursement of up to $2,500.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Athletic Trainer to provide comprehensive athletic training services and administrative support to athletes and organizations affiliated with our school. Your responsibilities will include managing and implementing medical care, documenting injuries, maintaining health records, and conducting educational programs on health and fitness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain an effective athletic training program for our organization
  • Provide AT services for athletic events and competitions
  • Maintain a safe playing environment by monitoring and controlling environmental risks
  • Coordinate, manage, and implement the medical and risk management of all athletes, inclusive of preventative care, emergency care, and health records maintenance
  • Act as the workers' compensation case manager for our professional contracted team
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Athletic Training (CAATE-approved program) and completion of the BOC certification
  • Licensed by the State of New Jersey as an Athletic Trainer
  • NJ Department of Education (DOE) clearance
  • Current BLS certification
  • Maintain Personal Liability Insurance
