Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Machinist to join our team as a CNC Set Up Machinist. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in setting up and operating Duscon and Haas machines, with a strong background in precision machining and inspection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate Duscon and Haas CNC lathes and mills to produce high-quality parts.
  • Maintain machinery and equipment in good working condition, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Conduct quality inspections on parts to ensure conformance to specifications.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with production teams to meet production targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in CNC machining and inspection, preferably in a job shop environment.
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T and precision measurement techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits:

$25-$35 per hour, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
