Rehabilitation Specialist

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic services to patients with diverse diagnoses. The specialist will conduct evaluations, implement assessment methodologies, and develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions and create tailored rehabilitation strategies.
- Engage with patients every 30 minutes to one hour, ensuring comprehensive care.
- Document evaluations, treatment progress, and updates as required.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians and clinical staff, to ensure effective treatment and discharge planning.
Qualifications
- Active SC Physical Therapy License or eligibility for licensure transfer to South Carolina.
- Current BLS certification.
