Accounting Manager Opportunity

Semi-Trailer Big Box, a leading dealership in the transportation industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced accounting professional to join our team as a Part-Time Accounting Manager. Located in our Clermont, GA Business office, this role will play a critical part in supporting our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute all day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support the CFO in coordinating activities with our administrative team.
  • Oversee major areas of responsibility, including account reconciliations, cash flow management, and system input from the Admin Team.
  • Prepare daily wire transfers and monthly financial statements.
  • Communicate with customers and vendors on escalated issues.
  • Review and improve daily processes and tasks to expedite and improve workflow.
  • Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
  • Support branch team and provide special project assistance as assigned by the CFO.
Requirements:
  • Proven passion for accounting with a degree preferred.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven with 5+ years of experience in Accounting, Business Administration, or Operations.
  • Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office 365, Excel, and Word required.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with a self-starter mentality.
  • Small-medium business experience in accounting, with a plus for dealership or transportation industry experience.
Benefits:
  • $23-$25 per hour (paid weekly).
  • 4-Day work week (Tuesday-Friday).
  • 8 paid holidays per year.
