Senior Attorney

O'Toole Rogers, LLP is a leading law firm specializing in community association law. We seek an experienced Associate Attorney to join our Lafayette, California office.

Community association law combines several legal disciplines, including contract law, real property law, title law, corporations law, tort law, housing discrimination law, and insurance law. This multi-disciplinary practice serves approximately 52,000 common interest developments in California.

We offer our attorneys immediate and direct client contact, work on substantive matters inside and outside the courtroom, and have a unique opportunity to build a thriving practice in an underserved area of the law.

• Licensed in California with strong writing and analytical skills
• Confident in communicating with clients and the Court
• Goal of becoming an expert in community association law

Knowledge or experience in relevant legal disciplines, such as professional liability defense litigation, is a plus.

The role starts as a full-time in-office position with an annual billable hour requirement of 1650 hours billed. The estimated salary for this role is $175,000 per year, negotiable based on experience. O'Toole Rogers offers a competitive benefits package.
