About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Gainwell Technologies. As a key member of our Customer Support team, you will play a critical role in assisting our Provider Community with billing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and provide billing assistance for the KY Medical Assistance Program.
  • Complete online and handwritten mail correspondence in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Utilize extensive PC skills to navigate our systems and resolve customer issues.
  • Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Work a standard shift of 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST, with regular breaks and a 30-minute lunch.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in Medicaid, Customer Service, or health care billing preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
