We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team in the VIR Department at Albany Medical Center.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care, implementing physician orders and administering medications.
- Assess and evaluate patient needs for, and responses to, care rendered.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients.
