We are currently seeking a skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at our De Smet, SD location. In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care and support the success of our organization.

Salary
$45,000 - $57,000 per year, based on experience

Job Description

As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will play a key role in coordinating patient care, including rooming patients, taking vital signs, and scheduling follow-up appointments as needed. You will also perform tasks such as lab tests, x-rays, and vital signs according to organizational procedures.

In addition to clinical responsibilities, you will provide administrative support, including answering phones, making appointments, handling referrals, checking in patients, and other office duties.
