Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to a wide range of patients, including those with emergency medical conditions.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current California RN license.
- BLS/CPR and ACLS certifications at time of hire.
- Minimum 1 year of Emergency Room RN experience within the past 2 years.
- Proven nursing clinical skills to identify and implement nursing interventions and evaluate results for Emergency Room patients.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- BSN degree.
- Relevant specialty certification (e.g. CEN, TNCC, etc.).
