Your primary responsibility will be to assist prospective and current residents with their needs, ensuring that they feel valued and supported throughout their stay with us.

Your role will involve answering phone calls, responding to resident inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise. You will also be responsible for preparing lease documents, managing resident move-ins and move-outs, and coordinating with our maintenance team to ensure that all requests are met promptly and efficiently.

In addition to your technical skills, we value strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be working closely with residents, colleagues, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with resident move-ins and move-outs, including preparing lease documents and coordinating with maintenance staff.
  • Manage resident requests, ensuring that all needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and other stakeholders to deliver outstanding results.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • 6 months+ experience in residential property management or customer service.
  • Proficiency in personal computer skills, keyboard, Internet search, email correspondence, math, Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and other software applications.
  • Effective communication and interaction with customers, vendors, management, co-workers; sufficient to exchange or convey information and to give and receive work direction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, prioritize and complete assigned duties to ensure operational objectives are achieved.
  • Must possess a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions, under all circumstances.
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle (valid license required).
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, off-hours and emergencies as required.
