Travel Speech Language Pathologist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of healthcare professionals. **Job Overview**
We are currently looking for a Speech Language Pathologist to work in Gig Harbor, Washington. This 13-week assignment offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' lives while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
**Responsibilities**
As a Speech Language Pathologist with Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy, you will be responsible for administering medically prescribed speech language pathology to restore function and prevent disability following injury or loss of a body part. You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records pertinent to patient treatment, educate patients and other health professionals about speech therapy, observe and evaluate patient responses during treatment, document and report findings accordingly, follow hospital safety rules and procedures, and perform other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must have one to three years' experience as an SLP, possess other certifications or licenses may be required for this position, demonstrate critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills, and be able to read/comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and use PC skills. The following physical abilities are also required: remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending.
