Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Role:
  • Provide anesthesia services for patients undergoing orthopedic and endoscopic procedures at our hospital, outpatient centers, and other facilities.
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in block scheduling, if desired, to optimize OR utilization and patient flow.
• Organization Information:
  • Join a team of 12+ anesthesiologists and 20+ CRNAs dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Work in a collaborative model with MD supervision (3:1) to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Benefits and Compensation:
  • Competitive salary range: $225,000 - $300,000 per year.
  • $100,000 student loan repayment available for a 3-year commitment.
  • 7 weeks' vacation every year, 5 personal days, paid holidays, and a $3,000 CME allowance.
  • Medical insurance provided and a sign-on bonus available ($20,000).
