Job Summary:

As a Wastewater Superintendent, you will be responsible for assessing available projects to determine their feasibility and potential for generating a large enough margin to warrant submitting a proposal. This involves soliciting subcontractors, negotiating pricing and terms with general contractors, and preparing detailed and accurate estimates. Additionally, you will collaborate with the operations and finance group to evaluate project performance and recommend refinements and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess available projects for feasibility and potential for generating a large enough margin

Prepare detailed and accurate estimates

Requirements:

Associate or Bachelor Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of estimating experience with underground utilities, wastewater/stormwater collection systems, or similar projects
Ability to prepare detailed, accurate estimates
