Job Description:

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering compassionate care to our patients. You will perform various tasks such as performing respiratory procedures, assessing patient needs, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring that each patient receives personalized attention and support.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Conduct regular patient assessments, evaluating their progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field (required)
    - OR completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapy Education Program, i.e. CoARC, JRCRTE, or CAAHEP
    - Current state licensure (RLT) in applicable state of employment. Current CRT by NBRC required.
    - BLS required from the American Heart Association
    - Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association required upon hire or obtain within 6 months of hire
    - NRP certification and PALS certification upon hire or obtain within 6 months of hire
Compensation Package
