Clinical Research Nurse for Blood Cancer Trials

As a Clinical Research Nurse for Blood Cancer Trials at Sarah Cannon Research Institute (SCRI), you will play a vital role in advancing cancer therapies and improving patient outcomes. Our team is dedicated to conducting community-based clinical trials, and we are seeking an experienced nurse with a passion for research.
Responsibilities- Screen, enroll, and follow study subjects, ensuring protocol compliance and close monitoring while on study
- Collect, document, and record data accurately, including adverse events
- Recruit patients onto clinical trials through thorough screening, enrollment, treatment, and follow-up according to protocol requirements
- Review study design and inclusion/exclusion criteria with physician and patient, ensuring informed consent procedures are adhered to
- Protect study patients by verifying informed consent procedures and adhering to protocol requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- RN License and current registration
- Knowledge of medical and research terminology, FDA Code of Federal Regulations, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
- At least one year of oncology experience, preferably hematology and/or transplant
- Experience in a research setting preferred
- Research Certification (ACRP or CCRP) preferred
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $83,000 - $100,000 annually, based on performance, experience, and skills. Additionally, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
