Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary
Select Specialty Hospital is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation and care of our patients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of communication skills and swallowing function
- Develop and implement goal-oriented treatment plans to maximize patient potential
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide quality patient care
- Participate in peer review and quality improvement initiatives
- Assist in the development of departmental policies and procedures
Requirements
- Graduation from a program satisfying the American Speech/Language/Hearing Association's academic and practicum requirements for the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Valid license issued by the State in which they are practicing
- Two (2) years of progressively responsible experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
