Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Academic Support Specialist to provide individualized support to students in 9th through 12th grade who require home/hospital services. The ideal candidate will have the ability to teach four subject areas: English, Math, Science, and Social Science.

The successful candidate will work closely with students, parents, and educators to develop personalized learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.

This is a part-time position, requiring a commitment of 5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Required Skills and Qualifications:">

  • Valid California Single Subject teaching credential in English, Math, Social Science, or any Science
  • Ability to teach multiple subjects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with students with diverse needs
