We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Waterstone of Lexington. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing top-notch nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in our neighborhoods
  • Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure optimal resident outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions and coordination of care
Requirements
  • Current RN or LPN licensure in Massachusetts
  • Minimum one year of experience in long-term care or gerontological nursing
  • Strong understanding of gerontology and the unique needs of older adults
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
