Cardiopulmonary Treatment Expert

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting diagnostic cardiopulmonary evaluations and providing respiratory therapy treatments to patients with deficiencies and abnormalities of the cardiopulmonary system. You will also initiate, conduct, and modify prescribed therapeutic and diagnostic procedures such as administering medical gases, humidification and aerosols, aerosolized medications, postural drainage, bronchopulmonary hygiene, cardiopulmonary resuscitation; providing support services to mechanically ventilated patients; maintaining artificial and natural airways; performing pulmonary function testing, hemodynamic monitoring and other physiologic monitoring; collecting specimens of blood and other materials. Your primary goal will be to educate and assist patients in managing their conditions, while working closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field. Five years of experience in respiratory therapy, or two years of experience in a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and location.
