Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Evaluation Associate to join our team at DCG Communications. As a key member of our evaluation team, you will play a critical role in supporting the design, implementation, and analysis of evaluation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform evaluation design and implementation.
  • Develop and implement evaluation plans, including theoretical frameworks, evaluation designs, and data collection strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure evaluation projects are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Communicate evaluation findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in evaluation research and apply this knowledge to improve evaluation design and implementation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as evaluation research, statistics, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in evaluation research, with a strong background in data analysis and statistical software.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profit organizations, and private sector companies.
