Job Overview

At Chico's FAS, Inc., we're seeking a dedicated Sales Operations Associate to support our customer-focused sales culture.

Main Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented candidate who can efficiently process merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment on the sales floor.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to ensure new products are properly merchandised and represented in a timely manner, enhancing the overall shopping experience.
  • This role requires the ability to enter all receiving documents into the computer system, reconcile merchandise invoices to items received, and complete store-to-store transfers and Locate requests accurately and timely.
  • We need someone who can maintain stockroom organization by storing visual packet materials, props, and signage in a timely manner, and ensure stockroom hardware, hangers, sign holders, etc. are properly maintained.
  • Pricing changes and markdowns will be performed by the selected candidate.
  • The Sales Operations Associate will also assist with visual directives, including floorsets, window changes, visual presentations, signage placement, etc., as directed.

Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in stock or cashier roles is preferred.
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
  • You should possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing.
  • Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines.
  • Demonstrate teamwork and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
Estimated Salary Range:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Working Conditions:

This role requires constant walking and standing (67-100% of 8-hour shift), occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of 8-hour shift), and frequent climbing (34%-66% of 8-hour shift).
