Salary and BenefitsThe U.S. pay range for this position is $166,200 -- $351,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Adobe offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives in the form of equity awards. In addition, certain roles may be eligible for sales commission plans or annual incentive plans.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Director, HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and the Global Marketing Organization's leadership team. This role will help align business objectives with people strategies, develop leaders and teams, drive organizational effectiveness, engage employees, foster an inclusive culture, and prioritize high-impact solutions. The successful candidate will lead an HR Business Partner team to provide partnership to the GMO (organization size ~1400 FTEs).
Key Responsibilities- Strategically partner with the CMO and other senior leaders in the organization
- Proactively identify and address critical organizational and people issues, and remove barriers impeding business success
- Build future bench and upscale capabilities through development of top talent and strategic hires
- Ensure optimal organization design to enable leadership team and organization to scale
- Instill a culture that resonates with Adobe's values: Create the Future, Own the Outcome, Raise the Bar, and Be Genuine
- Deliver HR cyclical programs to the business, and lead unique HR initiatives and projects with global impact
- 12+ years of HR or relevant leadership experience
- Experience leading an HR Business Partner Team
- BA or BS degree in a related field
- Ability to foster relationships and partnerships at all levels of the organization
- Proactive strategic partnership, operational rigor, and speed of execution
- Exhibit strong leadership and influencing skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and remain agile in an ever-changing environment
- Superb judgment and integrity, excellent decision-making skills, and a sense of urgency
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple high-priority tasks
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills, skilled in Microsoft Office
