Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Care
    • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medications, and treatments.
    • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Clinical Operations
    • Assist in the management of patient flow, including bed management and discharge planning.
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Education and Training
    • Provide education and training to patients, families, and healthcare staff on various topics, including health education and disease management.
    • Develop and implement educational programs to promote patient engagement and empowerment.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or higher.
    • Current RN licensure in the state of employment or compact.
  • Experience
    • At least one year of experience in a related nursing specialty.
  • Certifications
    • BLS certification required.
